Q: How do I register (or reserve a seat)  for a class?

If we are unable to answer your phone call, please leave your name and contact information, and we will reach you as soon as we can. 


Q: Do I need to register for a class or can I come as a walk-in?

A: 48 hours pre-registration for Wood Decor Workshops are reguired to prep materials. Walk-ins are always welcome for Paint Parties, but registering at least 24 hours in advance is highly recommended.  It is also highly recommended because if we have less than 5 people registered, we will need to cancel the class. In the case of unfortunate cancellation and you have already registered we will call you 24 hours in advance. We advise that you call the studio prior to the scheduled class time if you did not register in advance, so you know if there was a class cancellation.


Q: How early do I need to arrive before the scheduled class?

A: We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled event in order to make any outstanding payments, find a seat, and settle in before we get started.  We like to start as prompt as possible in order to keep the class on scheduled time. Although we try to accommodate late arrivals,  if you do arrive late, it will be your responsibility to get caught up to the class. 


Q: What is your refund policy?

A: We require a cancellation notice 48 hours prior to scheduled class time in order to receive your full class refund.  Within 48 hours, you will receive a credit.

Q: What forms of payment do you take?

A: We accept cash or credit/debit.   Personal checks will not be accepted. 

Q: Where can we park?

A: There are public parking spaces in front of our store, but if those spaces fill up there are a couple more options.  We are right next to Grand Avenue which has parking on both sides of the street.  We are also conveniently located right across from the Metra train station, which has free parking after 6pm on week nights and free all weekends.  And for those who have access to Metra, check out your Metra train schedule;  we are steps away from the Fox Lake Metra Station. 

Q: What are your store hours?

A:Unfortunately, we do not have day time hours at the moment.  Our hours will mostly consist of when our paint classes take place (which you can view on our class schedule).  We do however check our Facebook, email and voicemail daily and will reach back to you as soon as possible.  All we ask is that you leave us the following information: Name, call back number, reason for calling, and the best times to reach you.
